PIN and Recovery Phrase Issues
Problem: Forgot My Device PIN

- Enter your 24-word phrase to regain access
Problem: Lost or Misplaced Recovery Phrase
If you've lost your recovery phrase but still have your device:

- Keep your device safely stored
- You cannot recover your phrase - but your funds are safe on your device
- You can continue using the device if you remember your PIN
- Your funds are recoverable if you find your backup phrase
